convenient location helpful staff fresh towels
The location was quite convenient. It was near the train station. the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. my room was cleaned daily and i received fresh towels each day.
my room's window did not fully open, limiting fresh air.

The staff helped us with check-in, SO HELPFUL! The room was quite nice for two people, it was the perfect size for us. the hotel has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The room SMELLED moldy. The room was also full of moths. There was not a proper window, which I REALLY needed.

decent location and some minor issues
helpful staff easy train dusty table quick cleaning
the super nice team. they assisted us with forwarding luggage to tokyo for us, and i was very grateful. the hotel was also very accessible by train, made travel easy.
the walls seemed a little unclean. i noticed a lot of dust, and it was cleaning was quick with no attention to detail. for example, the table was filled with dust. i wish they had pay more attention to it.

The staff was very helpful. The room was a decent size. I appreciated the kettle provided for making hot drinks. The location was really convenient. I had easy access to train stations, made traveling to major areas simple. I could quickly reach many places.
The hotel did not clean the room every day. They cleaned it once every three days.

station location useful facilities
The hotel was close to the station, it was convenient. i found useful facilities inside, and i also got free pajamas. I used the ground floor to eat my own food.
The elevators smelled a bit weird, i noticed. i think they should pay more attention to this. Maybe regular cleaning or air fresheners would help. it was a bit off-putting.

a decent stay
clean hotel great location small room frosted window
I found the hotel to be clean and well-kept. the location was great. It was near omiya station, so exploring was easy.
the room felt a bit small for the price i paid. also, the frosted window didn't allow much light into the room, so it felt a little stuffy.

Acceptable stay near the station
clean room respectful staff quiet location small room limited space limited light
I stayed in a twin room for three nights. The room was very clean. Staff members were respectful. The location was quiet both outside and inside the building.
The rooms are small. Space was limited and there was not much place to sit except the bed. My room faced a brick wall. Natural light was limited because of this view.
